13 Tips On Your Appearance – For Guys

 Being a girl, I exactly know what girls think- alike- about guys. What appeals us, & what turns us off. & trust us, we always know better for you than you guys yourself!

So here are a few Fashion Disasters that you guys commit & the ones that you should avoid. Some simple tips, here they come…

1. Wrong Footwear: - Guys, please! Never ever wear slippers or those colorful flip-flops under your formal wear! How would a Harley Davison look in Pink color? Yeah, that’s how you look with those flip flops with your formal attire! Also, never ever wear dirty sandals. Like never!

                            

2. No socks: - Not wearing socks with your formal shoes is a bad turn off! Like really! Also, wear subtle color socks like grey, white. Even black would do. But definitely not ones with bright colors or designs! Too girly!      

                                      

  

 3. Wearing three-fourths to Malls & Restaurants:- Ok guy, we get it that you are way too busy to dress yourself up & maybe you want to look funky, but you aren’t looking cool at all wearing those ghar-k-3/4^ths to the mall! Please spare us & next time find just one nano-minute to change those three fourths to a pair of jeans. Trust me, won’t take more than few minutes!

4. Un-ironed Clothes: - They make you look way too unorganized, & I personally find people with un-ironed clothes the most untidy people! It doesn’t take more than 2 minutes for ironing that shirt guy; the curled, misshapen collar undermines the whole thing!

5. Baggy Jeans: - No doubt they were in fashion once, but they never actually looked good. No wonder it went out of fashion so soon. Wearing baggy (loose fitting) jeans or jeans that piles up at your shoes is a strict no no!

6. Wearing Sleeveless tee shirt with unshaved underarms:-  If you are a man, please save us the sight of your prominent manhood, & shave off those bundles of hair if you go the girl way!

7. Unkempt hair: - Unless the occasion demands so, unkempt hair looks bad. Even improperly or non-trimmed / un-shaved beard looks too untidy. It makes us girls wonder whether you even had a bath in the first place. (Unless you are Ranveer Singh or Arjun Kapoor).

8. Not wearing vests under white apparel: - Ewwww… Pathetic!!! Maybe you never wear vests or you hate them or you don’t have any or you feel hot in it... Whatever the reason, please wear vests under white apparels at least & save us that non appealing sight of your sweaty back! A begging request!

9. Bags: - Non-Collegians look dumb carrying those backpacks. You might very well be carrying your hi-tech laptop in it, but it definitely looks too kiddish & misplaced with those sexy formals of yours. Like really! It looks like a Nano car. Cute from the front view, but once it passes by you, a tortoise look from the back!

10. Ill fitting clothes: - This one is something that goes for men as well as women, kids, old people. In short, every category of person. Ill fitting clothes make you look tousled & tend to portray you fatter than you actually are! No matter you wear oversized apparel or an undersized one, it will, in any case, make you look fatter & funnier. Avoidance is better, than looking fatter!

11. Handkerchiefs: - Being a man, please use white handkerchiefs. The max work on your handkerchiefs should be subtle borders or checks (in light/ pale color). Do not ever use weird loud colored, or excessive designed handkerchiefs. If you really do not wish to use white ‘kerchiefs, use light grey ones. Nothing more! Doesn’t look man enough!

12. Nails: - Being a man, your nails should always be clean & cut short. Grown nails, especially with even slight dirt under them- immediate turn off.

13. Stinks:- Men, on the whole, stink more as compared to women. Their sweats, in itself, produces more odor than that of women. So always carry cologne or a deodorant with yourself. No harm in carrying a deo in your bag instead of stinking & warding off the women around you!

Many of you ladies, just like me who lack the artistic zing, must have realized by now that Nail Art is something really difficult to master, unlike normal nail painting.

Some of you might have also given up on your dream of having your nails painted in an artistic design or pattern. Just as you see one of your friends uploading beautiful Nail Art pictures of her own over Instagram, while you sit there staring at it, thinking “How the hell…?”

To all such girls, don’t lose your heart. Here are some of the easiest Nail Art patterns that can let you achieve your dream of having artistically designed nails. These are some real easy patterns which won’t require much of an effort, neither a lot of patience to draw or design. They will come out easily to you, just as you so easily paint your nails every week!

So, here's the one-stop-collection of the easiest nail arts! be ready to flaunt them!

Things You Will Need:-

1. Nail Paints of the Colors you wish. 

                              

2. Nail Paint Remover- To remove off the excessive nail paint at the tips.

3. Clear Nail Polish (The Transparent One) like this one -----à

4. Band-Aids/ Ear-buds/ Cello-tapes/ Brushes.

     5. Pins or some other objects that have a thin tip... say a pen refill, bobby clip or the same.

6. Nail Art Tool of whichever colors you want- You get them at any beauty store for really cheap prices. If you have these, you won’t need most of the point number 3 & 4 materials. It will look something like this--------à

7.  Cotton Balls

Some Do’s & Don’ts:-

1. Remove any nail polish that you have since before- completely. Your nails should be clean of any before applied nail paint.

2. See to it that your nails are in a proper shape. If required, shape them with a filer.

3. Apply a base coat (transparent polish)

4. Apply a single coat of the nail paint of your wish. Apply another coat if required. (This will depend upon the type of Nail Art that you wish to make.)

5. If you’re decided Nail Art is one which has a normal nail paint coat, & a design OVER that coat, let the second coat of the nail paint dry completely before proceeding with the design over it.

6. Once the Nail Art is complete, let it dry ABSOLUTELY. Once dry, apply a coat of the transparent polish. This will give a gloss to the whole thing while acting as a binder.

7. Always choose colors that will suit your complexion.

8. Do not over apply the paints as that will lead to a thickness, & end up looking untidy.

9. Never apply nail paints, especially Nail Art when you are in a hurry. It needs a certain amount of delicacy and patience & thus indulge in it only when you have a sufficient enough time.
