(With Pictures)

1. Remove any nail polish that you have on your toe nails.

2. Cut your nails small & clean any dirt that might have accumulated in the fingernails.

3. Get a bucket full of hot water. Not piping hot… but hot enough to provide you comfort.

4. Add a pinch of salt to the hot water.

5. Soak your feet into the hot water for 3-4 minutes.

6. Rub them dry gently.

7. Use a cleanser- or a mild soap- to wash your feet with some good lather.

8. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

9. Get an exfoliating scrub- mostly a walnut or apricot scrub would be better. Scrub your entire feet, using an amount as required. Don’t scrub too hard- the pressure should be just enough to exfoliate the dirt, as also give you comfort.

10. Once done with the scrubbing, wash off the dirt with lukewarm water.

11. If you have a toe-filer, you can use it to delicately file your feet to clean off the soles. However, if you do not have one, not an issue. Only scrubbing would be sufficient.

12. Now fill a bucket half with fresh warm water, & add a few drops of scented body wash to it. Stir it well.

13. Soak your feet into the water for 5-10 minutes, as you would like.

14. Relax.

15. Remove your feet from the bucket & wash off with fresh warm water- slightly cold can do as well.

16. Gently rub your feet with a dry soft towel.

17. Once dry, apply a good moisturizer to your feet, massaging in circular motions. Remember, it should make you feel relaxed & pampered.

18. After applying a generous portion of moisturizer to your feet, wear socks. If you do not like wearing socks, you can try to wear a pair of soft slippers or anything that will keep your feet guarded from any dirt.

19. On the next day or a few hours later- as suitable to you- apply a base coat nail, followed by a favorite color polish to your toe nails.

20. Feel good while your feet smile!
